By using real lightning with the lightning release arrow instead of elemental lightning gives this jutsu the same level as Kirin but with more power this jutsu drawback is the time it takes to form the arrow from real lightning but it can be work around by shooting the arrow at the same time lightning strikes but this will make it less powerful.
