David Jacobs is the writer of the 24 Declassified novels Storm Force and Head Shot. His third novel, Death Angel, was released in April 2010. His style of writing is noticeably different from that of the other 24 Declassified authors, focusing on one character or situation throughout the whole hour rather than switching between them as other writers do.
