Numb Chuck is a Dragon Ninja that is the de facto leader of the Ninjas in Forbidden Valley. Chuck had lead his Ninjas against the pirates led by Jack Knife for years prior to the destruction of Crux. After the Maelstrom was unleashed in the Nimbus System, Numb Chuck has become close allies to the ninja-like Paradox Faction of the Nexus Force.
