These undead are often referred to as the "rimebound fallen" and are justly feared for their frigid strengths. These rimebound fallen are most commonly found in the arctic and upon high mountains, where their bodies freeze naturally, though, it is not uncommon to see them in dungeons, where they have been purposefully made.
