Current version can be seen here. Originally Toriel's Battlecry allowed her to bring the attack of a monster of your choosing to one. This included your cards as well. Her cost was initially 7g before Beta 2.0 and then was changed to 6g, making her a good counter to opponents who spent all their gold on summoning a powerful monster early in game. After Beta 5.2 her battlecry was upgraded to changing all enemy monsters on the board to having an attack of 1 as well as an increase in HP and attack from 4 to 7 and 6 to 8 respectively. This one done as it was believed by some that Toriel's ability wasn't outstanding enough for a Legendary card and so it was amped up and made similar to Asgore in terms of board change and HP/ATK.
