Corzon was a plant native to Betazed. Primitive Betazoids used hollowed out corzon stems for blowguns. The members of the Betazed resistance to the Dominion occupation of Betazed similarly came to rely on these low-tech weapons. (TNG novel: The Battle of Betazed)
