Javid was a male member of the Ophuchi Clan in 22 BBY. When Sarus, the Ophuchi leader, brought Annikin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and a number of others to the Ophuchi sanctuary to discuss the Prophecy of the Chosen One with them, Javid was tasked with escorting the group into a lower cave sanctuary. Javid stood guard outside the cave as Sarus explained the prophecy. The next day, Javid was killed when the Guardians of Lettow launched an attack on the Ophuchi sanctuary.
