Like the Misty Mire on Tortuga, this marshy place on Cuba is filled mostly with alligators. Also, beware of the flytraps. Most pirates can plug a pesky gator with their first pistol, but the poison-spitting flytrap can be a dangerous enemy to low levels. The Pantano River is very important for many beginner quests.
