The Barony of Stallman was a Manticoran peerage. The holder of the title in the late 19th Century PD was Lady Paula Gwinner, a Havenite agent who was involved in the death of King Roger III. After her role in the cabal was discovered, Lady Gwinner of Stallman was removed from the political scene by sending her off to Medusa in the Basilisk System. Her vote in the House of Lords was handled by Lord Jacob Wundt, Queen Elizabeth III's Lord Chamberlain, for the remainder of Gwinner's life. (HHA2.3: QG)
