It was created by Neogniscidae when he enchanted a lollipop so that the stick would be as hard as diamond and the candy area would also be really hard and would give off an irresistible smell. He gave it to Pink Bunny so that she could become a Battle-Penguin. Pink Bunnt can control the scent of the lollipop, and how irresistible it would be. This is so that any Battle-Penguin that was immune to her looks wouldn't be immune to her lollipop.
