The headquarters of NAMSA are situated in the town of Capellen, in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. The site dominates the southern part of the town, occupying most of the town south of the route d'Arlon. During the Cold War, separate management units were maintained in Taranto, Italy, and Paris, France.
