Teviot Bank House was a 15 storey tower block in the Niddrie Marischal area of Niddrie, Edinburgh. Approved in 1968, construction was undertaken by Hart Bros using the Bison technique. The building contained 57 flats. It was demolished in 1994 after major socio-economic problems had hit the area.
