Rissurn's Twisted Tower is a 13-level set of rooms and stairways that is buried within the Static Dungeon. It is inhabited by Rissurn. Rissurn fills his tower entirely with copies of himself. Their moves range from waterball to lightning bolt. Each room has 4 stairways. Each stairway will either take the player down to the previous room or advance them up a floor. There is a 1 in 4 chance of them going up a floor.
