Bulay-Erthkii (Ancient Scyþrækyan: "Ghost Priest") is one of the eighteen Crow Cities of the Crow, named by the people before the Southern Empire who worshipped the nameless gods. It is the easternmost of the eighteen cities. It is said to be haunted by good ghosts, who bless and protect those within the city limits.
