The Decimation necklace, although being a necklace, cannot be wielded by players, but instead has much uses than as a wearable item. It's one of the main items required to enchant an Ascension crossbow into a Decimation crossbow, along with Ascension signet I, Ascension signet II, Ascension signet III, Ascension signet IV, Ascension signet V, Ascension signet VI, 200 Ascencion shards, 100 Decimation shards. The item can be enchanted by taking all the materials to Ocellus, outside the Monastery of Ascension. Every monster inside the second floor of the Monastery of Ascension drops the necklace.
