Alan Stanford Landis (born August 23, 3723) is a retired Rutanian politician who served as the Congressional Leader of the Urban Party of Rutania and was one of three Representatives from Delvar's 8th district in the Parliament. Previous to this, Landis was a pitcher in the Rutanian Baseball Association (RBA), playing most of his career with the Delvar Darlings where he won a championship in 3754. Landis' 38 years as the face of the party in the Parliament are the longest in his party's history.
