The Dream Project was a multi-million Palm project to beautify the city of Seally in the Seally Islands. It was widely considered a failure and has been terminated. During the project, all of Seally's major roads were renovated and/or expanded and over 13,000 plants were introduced into the city. The project was criticized for not expanding any highways and for taking well over a year to finish.
