City of the Dwarves is found in the Black Mountains, and can be accessed by a hidden entrances from the Abandoned Mine. It also has additional exit into open land near Westwood. The city is divided into two parts, with non dwarves being allowed entrance only to it's lower level. On this level can be found the Inn, used to lodge foreigners, the Dvarwen Smithy and the Loremaster Hall.
