Rokai is a saiyan, husband of Yukina and the father of Raiden, though he's a low class he's very skilled in combat that even surpass an elite. when he learns that Emperor Shisaku has betrayed the saiyans he goes to confront him only to be killed by Shisaku himself and the Planet Saiya is destroyed.
