Siege giants can be defeated at mercenary camps, after which they will aid the heroes who defeated them. When facing these mercenaries alone, players are advised to stay on the move. They may notice a red circle under their character when they do. Siege giants only hit these circles. These mercenary camps take 120 seconds to respawn.
