The organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Nobody is a political lobby in the US whose goal is to cancel all Human Rights Watches and change the policy of the US to unethical treatment. They believe that if there are some humans with rights in the world then there is no need for everybody to have the same rights. It's like the Bush Administration's policy toward endangering species—as long as there is at least one of an animal left in the world, it isn't endangered.
