Connor Ferguson was a Mesan citizen and an officer of the Mesan Internal Security Directorate. In 1922 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and served as commanding officer of the 17th Regiment's 2nd Platoon. During the reprisals against Mesa's seccies following Operation Houdini, he reprimanded the platoon for massacring a dozen unarmed prisoners, and was subsequently fragged. He was replaced by Marilyn Kalanadhabhatla. (CS3)
