Rikash Salmalín (pronounced rhee-KAHSH sahl-mah-LEEN) is the son of Numair and Daine Salmalín born 463 HE. He is the younger brother of Sarralyn Salmalín and appears at the end of Trickster's Queen, where he was still an infant. He was named after Rikash Moonsword, a stormwing who died in the last Immortals book. He is known to have magic although it is uncertain if he had the gift like his father or his mother's wild magic. It is believed Tamora Pierce intends to write at least one book from his point of view sometime in the future.
