The Nightcaster staff is the most powerful staff in RuneScape and part os the Nightcaster equipment. It is obtained by finding the Nightstone logs and fletching them (with 99 Fletching, 82 Magic and 60 Runecrafting) then you will need a valour stone which can be found in a barrows chest (always inside). The staff can be used as a powerful melee weapon also because of it's high strength bonus of +81, and the staff has 10,000 casts of its own 2 spells, Night Strike and Nightcaster.
