Franklin Allan Millar (born September 18, 1929 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in 6 NHL games with the Boston Bruins during the 1957–58 season. He was involved in the first trade in Philadelphia Flyers history when the Toronto Maple Leafs traded him to Philadelphia for cash on September 1, 1967. He played junior hockey for the Winnipeg Canadiens and the Montreal Junior Canadiens from 1947 to 1949. Millar turned pro in 1949-50 with the Quebec Aces. He started on a long odyssey of minor pro play until his retirement in 1970.
