Hap-Happy Land is an amusement park described by Nigie as a massive adult torture facility. The park has a ferris wheel, a roller coaster and, most important of all, a lion character that pokes visitors asking "Who's a happy boy?" for hours. In Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N., Nigel "infiltrated" the facility (went on vacation), threw up in the roller coaster and returned with a lion hat. Nigel Uno describes the roller coasters as horrible machines "specially designed to make kids vomit uncontrollably". It later appeared in Operation: L.I.Z.Z.I.E. at the start of the funfair montage.
