The Amulet of Darth Nox was a Sith amulet that held the spirit of Darth Nox when he died. While it did enhance the user's dark side powers, it's true purpose was for Nox to teach Force walk, a skill that made it possible to bind ghost to get more power. Nox's spirit could only be awaken by five Sith artifacts, which could also be used to absorb the spirit of a sentient being. It was a small object with Sith magic swirling around it.
