Charon Squad's first sighting was in 2 ABY during the Battle of The Acropola Colony. They were one of many squads that were sent in an attempt to control the spread of the Blackwing plague which had been unleashed. They joined up with Erebus Squad and after seeing the futility of attempting to regain control, they retreated to a building from which they could defend themselves easily. However, along the way, their Sergeant was killed by the infected. Despite this, they managed to fight their way to the hangar bay and escape on a transport.
