The Phasing Bloon is one of the bloon types in Bloons Super Monkey 2. The bloon turns invisible and becomes unaffected by all attacks until it reaches a certain amount of visibility. On Hardware, they gradually turn visible. On Software, they appear invisible until they are completely visible, but they can be vulnerable to attacks, as said above.
