Olive tends to stay near the establishment and explains that it's been shut down recently during the Authority's occupation to Nicholas Raine. It is a reference to the Wasteland Legends co-op mission "Unwanted Guests", when the players have to use an EMP Grenade to disable an Authority Mobile Generator found near the den's entrance.
