Fiberweave was an form of armor production that involved tightly woven fibers and synthetic materials. The Echani were considered masters of fiberweaving. Despite being made of fibers and cloths fiberweaved armor was exceptionally strong. Fiber armor was especially designed to channel energy-weapon attacks away from the body. The fibers woven into its exterior caused it to absorb and harmlessly disperse energy damage. However, fiber armor was far from perfect; and lucky shots managed to pass through. two known examples were fiber armor and Echani fiber armor.
