Charles D'Sorpigal is a character in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. He is a constable in Mist, and can be found in the Town Hall. Charles offers the Storm the Silver Helm Outpost quest. Mayor Bertrand Scrivner is considering letting the Silver Helms police the area, but Charles knows that the order have murdered innocents, and wants the party to find proof.
