Fangmaw is a Lorian location where Paladin Dagen Purmarrow found an entire village of vampire children a few years before the events of AdventureQuest. Though the details are unknown, Halenro claims it is quite a sad, but heroic, story (Into Fangmaw). Many vampires still loiter in the area. It is there that the Chosen finds Artix Krieger, who reveals all he knows about the Ribbers and his suspicions. Through his Detect Evil skill, he has traced them to an abandoned cottage in Fangmaw, where a Ribber explains what they seek after—the Shadow Master. (Into Fangmaw)
