The 1st Assault Force is the largest fleet in the Federation Navy. It is only commanded by the highest ranking Unggoy available, almost always being a Grand Fleetmaster. Formed in the 2550's, it is also the oldest of the Federation's fleets. The fleets standard layout is 50 Assault Cruisers and 125-150 Assault Frigates.
