The Cat-o-Luck is a Thing Sticker you find in Paper Mario: Sticker Star at 1-2, Bouquet Gardens. It can do a lot of damage if timed right. If you already collected the Thing sticker, it can be found at 4-2 Ice Flow sliding down the ice with the penguins. You find it in the Bouquet Gardens after you save Toad for the first time.
