Meppa is the last remaining Cishaurim at the time of the Aspect-Emperor series. Who he was before this point is unknown as he suffers from amnesia. He currently accompanies Fanayal ab Kascamandri, to whom he is totally loyal. Meppa commands the Psûkhe at the level of a Primary, or greater. He wears a silver band covering his upper face to hide the fact that he is eyeless.
