A vanish block vanishes shortly after it is touched at any direction regardless of how hard you touch it. A vanish block reappears shortly after it vanishes and has the same properties. You cannot place a mine on a vanished vanish block since the vanish block would reappear. Vanish blocks cannot be moved. The Top Hat lets you pass right through vanish blocks.
