The Bishop of Mulberry is the bishop who baptised Geraldine Horton. He was known to talk in normal volume then shout the end of his sentences. He is an old friend of David Horton and could tell by his face that he was in love with the vicar. He also appeared in a dream Geraldine had in which she is getting married to David Horton, and The Bishop of Mulberry says "Do you David, take THIS WOMAN".
