Patrick Lawler is a former NASCAR driver from Colleyville, TX. He competed in seven Craftsman Truck Series events in his career. Lawler's debut came in 2000, when he competed at his home track of Texas. Starting 25th in the field of thirty-seven, Lawler kept out of trouble to record a solid 24th place finish. He bettered that with a 22nd place run at Michigan before crashing to 32nd at Texas' fall event to end his year. Lawler made a lone start in 2001, returning back to Texas. Starting 34th in the field of thirty-six, Lawler blew his engine before the halfway point and finished 29th.
