A sub-vert or subliminal was a short advert produced by the Corporate Sector Authority to promote the Corporate Sector's values and goals. It focused on subtle manipulation of the individual through images and wording. The effectiveness of sub-verts was not proven, but the Corporate Sector constantly used sub-verts in their media.
