After the Cross-stitchers of the Knight faction was formed on FORKNI-L@LISTS.PSU.EDU, one of the FKXS members innocently posted a message asking if it would be illegal to cross-stitch the Forever Knight TV logo on clothing for her personal use. From this quite simple question blossomed a round robin fan fiction story incorporting a fictional young woman named "Flossie" and the canonical Forever Knight character, Screed.
