Stefan Strauss is the German head of JLB who is responsible for shutting down the London branch, and therefore causing all the JLB employees, including Mark, to lose their jobs, in the episode Jeremy at JLB. He offers Mark 15,000 pounds to shut down the resistance rally, but takes the money away when Mark trashes the JLB office.
