Obrad Bajkusa was a Prism citizen and an officer of the Prism Space Navy. Holding the rank of Commander, he was in command of the frigate PSN Javelin. He arrived in the Melchor System of the Silesian Confederacy's Saginaw Sector in time to find the Manticoran heavy cruiser HMS War Maiden, posing as a freighter. A tactical mistake by War Maiden's officer of the watch allowed Javelin's crew to detect her true nature, and Bajkusa fled the system to inform his superiors. He was later ordered to continue for the Lutrell System. (HHA3.1: MMH)
