Route 327 (Japanese: 327ばんどうろ Route 327) is a north-south route located in central Yuzai. It connects its southern terminus, Caichi City, with Route 326. The route runs across a small strait which separates mainland Yuzai with Caichi City. A short bridge exists to connect the two locations together and allow the player access to the city.
