Siemens-Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG is a German computer manufacturer and a member of ECC Eurotronics. The company was founded in 1990 when Nixdorf Computer AG was bought by Siemens AG and combined with Siemens' data and information technology department to form the new Siemens-Nixdorf AG. After the Eurowars, Siemens-Nixdorf was among the founding members of ECC Eurotronics consortium. Saeder-Krupp acquired Siemens-Nixdorf in the late 2050ies, and started maneuvering the whole consortium.
