Vldišav Mjačkov is the current governor (prvitel) of Jilnovia, a new autonomous region under the sovereignty of the kingdom of Meckeln-Bomern. Mjačkov is also the chairman of the United Jilnovian Committee for Autonomy (Obdinjani to Jlnovi Kmtjat za Tonomjan) which has succeeded in negotiating a peaceful solution to a longstanding demand for an increased level of self-government in Jilnovia.
