Dalivar was a male officer serving in Starfleet the late 24th century. By the 2370s decade, Dalivar had achieved the rank of captain and was the commanding officer of the USS Earhart. In the year 2374, during repair work to the Earhart at Starbase 209 for Dominion War damage, Dalivar met with William Riker, Jack Torrance and Beverly Crusher. Dalivar asked Torrance if the offensive to retake Deep Space 9 from the Dominion had begun, due to the departure of several other starships from the starbase.
