Tobias Strange is a character portrayed by Gilles Marini in the ABC crime series Castle. Tobias Strange, in Castle's own utterance "the Johnny Depp of magic", is a world-class stage magician who pops up in "Poof! You're Dead", originally appearing with an apparent motive for murder, since the victim had been, exclusively, his trick designer, but had recently "defected".
