Whittler Dewei[[:File:|[, ]]] can be found in the first building on the road leading down from the Temple of Five Dawns and into the Singing Pools of the Wandering Isle. He serves as a professions trainer and also sells associated merchandise. An anvil and forge can be found behind the building.
