The General Secretary of the Cascadian Senate is the speaker for the legislature. He acts as the administrator for the Senate and is to regulate voting procedure (as described in Article Three of the Constitution) and to archive outdated legislation. Unlike the President and the Premier in the Central Executive Committee, the General Secretary is only elected to one-month terms.
